PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for buildings of the General Government, together with the right of way appurtenant thereto over Lot 5, D.P. 3940, created and granted by memorandum of transfer No. 40684, Gisborne Land Registry is hereby set apart for a teacher's residence from and after the 17th day of May 1965.
