PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction contained in special order 139942, Taranaki Land Registry, and subject also as to Lot 11, D.P. 9386, to the sewerage and pipeline rights created by transfer 139944, Taranaki Land Registry, for teachers’ residences from and after the 17th day of May 1965.

Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Secondary School (Teacher’s Residence) in the Borough of Motueka, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from the Maori Trustee by Douglas Harvey Towner for a term of 21 years from the 1st day of July 1961 under lease No. 81446, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for a secondary school (teacher’s residence) from and after the 17th day of May 1965.

Declaring a Drainage Easement Over Land Taken for a Public School in the Borough of East Coast Bays

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a drainage easement is hereby taken for a public school from and after the 17th day of May 1965 over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, first, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and over the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of storm water and secondly, full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, or repass, with or without vehicles or other equipment, over the land described in the said First Schedule for the maintenance and repair of the said pipeline, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 6·7 perches situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of East Coast Bays, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 15, D.P. 40850; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 8 perches situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of East Coast Bays, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 15, D.P. 40850; coloured yellow on plan.

Notice of Intention to Take Additional Land in Block XV, Omapere Survey District, for a Maori School

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the additional land described in the Schedule hereto for a Maori school; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Kaikohe and is there open for inspection, and that any person affected by the taking of the said land should set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount of compensation, and send the written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
