as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Alexandra
Survey District, described as follows:

Revoking in Part a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of
a Road in Blocks III, VI, and VII, Rotoiti Survey District,
and Block XV, Maketu Survey District, viz, Deviations of
the Te Ngai - Paengaroa Main Highway

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 26th day
of May 1928 and published in Gazette, 2 June 1928, No. 39,
page 1284, and registered as Proclamation S. 9650, defining
the middle line of a road in Blocks III, VI, and VII, Rotoiti
Survey District, and Block XV, Maketu Survey District, viz,
deviations of the Te Ngae - Paengaroa Main Highway, in so
far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing together 1 acre and 39
perches situated in Block VI, Rotoiti Survey District, being
Lot 3, D.P. 25004, and Lots 1 and 2, D.P.S. 8496, being part
Taheke Papakainga No. 16B, and part of Section 3, Block VI,
Rotoiti Survey District, and parts Taheke Papakainga No. 1
Block. Part certificate of title, Volume 785, folio 32, and part
certificate of title, Volume 785, folio 33, South Auckland Land
Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 30th day of April 1965.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaim
that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is
closed and shall vest in Peter Morton Kristensen, of Ohingaiti,
farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 553027 and
553028, Wellington Land Registry.

FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 34·9 perches
situated in Block I, Apiti Survey District, Wellington R.D.,
being part Otamakapua 1F 1A; coloured blue on plan.

to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby
(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule
hereto be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 28·5 perches adjoining or
passing through Section 17, Block II, Ngongotaha Survey
District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 19361 (S.O. 42188) deposited in the
Office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green, edged green.
