SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 36·1 perches situated in Block II, Cambridge Survey District, being part Section 20s, Te Miro Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19372 (S.O. 42710) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of April 1965.

Subsoil of Land Taken for the Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel in the Borough of Lyttelton

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that so much of the subsoil of the land described in the First Schedule hereto as is described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Christchurch-Lyttelton Road Tunnel Authority; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of May 1965.

SECOND SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those portions of the subsoil of the pieces of land described in the First Schedule hereto as are situated beneath a plane 10 feet in vertical height above the centre line of the roof of the said tunnel.

As the said portions of subsoil are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18392 (S.O. 10218) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, each portion being shown thereon in like colour to that of the relative piece of land shown on the said plans marked M.O.W. 18390 and 18391 (S.O. 10216 and 10217).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of April 1965.
