Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Street at Feilding

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Feilding Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks XXII and XVII, Clutha Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in the Otago Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of May 1965.
