Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

1 0 20 Part Tauranga Taupo 2B 2M 3B 3B Block, situate in Block IV, Tokaanu Survey District (S.O. Plan 42907).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of April 1965.

State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Varying a Proclamation Declaring Land to be Crown Land

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 (3) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby vary the Proclamation dated the 12th day of March 1965, published in Gazette, 18 March 1965, No. 13, page 337, and affecting the land described as Moturaupo Block, situated in Block III, Thames Survey District, South Auckland Land District, by deleting from the said Proclamation the words “and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.”

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of April 1965.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes near Kaihu to the Purposes of a Road

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Hobson County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
