Varying a Condition as to the Building Line of Arthur's Crescent, in the City of Takapuna

PURSUANT to section 131 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 2nd day of May 1945, published in the Gazette, 1945, Volume II at page 451, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 11615, authorising the laying off of a street of a width less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to a condition as to the building line by varying the condition as to the building line imposed by the said Order in Council so that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected within a distance of 40 ft from the centre line of the said street.
