Revoking a Proclamation Setting Apart Stopped Government Road for Road in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 1st day of November 1963 published in Gazette, 7 November 1963, Vol. III, at page 1801, and noted in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 20142, setting apart stopped Government road for road in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of April 1965.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Blocks XI and XIV, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 9th day of April 1953, and published in the N.Z. Gazette, of 16 April 1953, Volume I, page 611, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 13781, defining the middle line of a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Blocks XI and XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, in so far as it affects Lot 14, D.P. 47249, being part certificate of title, Volume 533, folio 123, North Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1965.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 12th day of April 1965

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto as Maori reservations for the purposes as set out.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated and described as follows:

0 0 35 Waima F 1, situate in Block IV, Waoku Survey District, for the purpose of a wahitapu for the common use and benefit of Maoris.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngatihaua Tribe and other members of the Waikato confederation of tribes.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described as Toreohaua 14 Block as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground, meeting place, and communal area for the common use of the owners of the Toreohaua Block or their descendants.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 31st day of July 1963, published in Gazette, 1 August 1963, Volume II, at page 1074, and noted in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 19953 declaring road to be Government road in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District, in so far as it affects the Government road described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Government road containing 20·3 perches situated in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District, adjoining or passing through Allotment 142, Parish of Kawakawa, and Crown land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145309 (S.O. 36799) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
