A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

All those pieces of land situated in the Town District of Manaia, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and when so closed shall vest in Hinuera Builders Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Matamata.

All those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Tapapa Survey District, described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7974 (S.O. 41966) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed
All that piece of road containing 3 roods 2·1 perches situated in Block IX, Tapapa Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Hinuera 1A Block, D.P. 1646, part Lot 1, D.P. 25427, being part Mangawhara 1A Block, and Lots 2, 3, 4, and 10, D.P. §. 4899, being part Section 96, Block IX, Tapapa Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7974 (S.O. 41966) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also proclaim as closed the road described in the Third Schedule hereto and shall vest in William McSporran, of Takapau, farmer, and subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 117653, Hawke's Bay Registry; and also proclaim as closed the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto and shall vest in Arthur Herbert Robinson, of Napier, solicitor, and John William Turtle, of Waipukurau, manager, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 160192, Hawke's Bay Registry.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Stopping Government Road in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 31st day of July 1963, published in Gazette, 8 August 1963, Volume II, page 1119, and noted in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 19973, stopping Government road in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District, in so far as it affects the stopped Government road described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of stopped Government road containing 20·3 perches situated in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District, adjoining or passing through Allotment 142, Parish of Kawakawa, and Crown land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145309 (S.O. 36799) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
