Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY

SECTION 2 (formerly Section 3340, Block I, Campbell Survey District, and Blocks XIII and XIV, Hopkins Survey District), Block I, Campbell Survey District, Waitaki County: Area, 2,860 acres, more or less. As shown on plan No. 158/3 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 13336).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of April 1965.

Land Taken for Electric Works in the City of Hamilton

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electric works and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of April 1965.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 perches situated in the City of Hamilton, being Lot 228, D.P. S. 929, being part Allotment 91, Town of Hamilton East. Part certificate of title, Volume 1431, folio 35, South Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1965.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of April 1965.
