Declaring Land to be Crown Land
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

408 0 0 Heruiwi 4B 2, situate in Blocks XI and XV, Wheao Survey District (M.L. Plan 5915).

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
SECTION 29 (formerly part Section 6), Block XIII, Mangakahia Survey District, Hobson County: Area, 970 acres, more or less. As shown on plan No. 8/51 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. 25413).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of April 1965.
