Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 2nd day of December 1959, to be road.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block V, Ruakaka Survey District

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was acquired for railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said board.

North Auckland Land District

ALL that piece of land containing 0·8 of a perch situated in Block V, Ruakaka Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Railway land in Proclamation 6437; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19295 (S.O. 42993) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
