The Standards Act 1941-British Standard Available for Comment
Pursuant to subsection (3) of section 8 of the Standards Act 1941, notice is hereby given that BS 3169:1959, Rubber Reel Hose for Fire Fighting Purposes, with draft amendment, No. D. 8187, to meet New Zealand requirements, is being considered for adoption as a New Zealand standard specification. All persons who may be affected thereby and who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain copies on loan from the New Zealand Standards Institute, Bowen State Building, Bowen Street, or Private Bag, Wellington C.1.
Requests should specify that copies are required for comment purposes.
The closing date for the receipt of comment is 7 May 1965.

Pursuant to the Standards Act 1941 and the regulations made thereunder, the Minister of Industries and Commerce on 1 April 1965, declared the under-mentioned specifications to be standard specifications:
