Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954—Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union
PURSUANT to section 85 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Runanga District Coal Mine Employees’ Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 1743, situated at Oxford Street, Taylorville, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Classification of Roads in Eyre County
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955,* the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes so much of the Warrants dated the 5th day of December 1950† and the 25th day of May 1964‡, as relates to the classification of roads in Eyre County described in the Schedule hereto and hereby approves the Eyre County Council’s proposed classification of the said roads as set out in the said Schedule.
