At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 22nd day of
March 1965
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portion of road described in the
Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in
Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road situated in Block VI, Kerikeri
Survey District, Bay of Islands County, North Auckland R.D.,
commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 30 of the
aforesaid Block VI and proceeding in a southerly direction
generally for a distance of approximately 25 chains; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 19252 (S.O. 44527) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red
and marked A-B.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby (a) declares the pieces
of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government
road, and (b) stops the said road.

Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portion of road described in the
Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order
in Council, become county road.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that road in the Southland Land District, Clutha County,
adjoining Sections 2 and 3, Block III, Mokoreta Survey Dis-
trict, commencing at the easternmost end of a piece of land
taken for Road by Proclamation No. 181363, Southland
Registry, (Gazette, 1961, page 1959, the said piece of land con-
taining an area of 2 acres 3 roods 9.3 perches); and proceed-
ing thence south-easterly for a distance of 42 chains
approximately to its termination on the north-western boundary
of Run 583, Block III, Mokoreta Survey District.
As is shown on plan numbered M.O.W. 19308 deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a
Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for
the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngaitahu
Tribe.

Church.
