A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the
road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed and
that the area secondly described when so closed shall vest in
Horace Howard Bowers and Alfred Bowers, both of Mata-
mata, farmers.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of road situated in Block XII, Wairere
Survey District, described as follows:
A. R. P.
0 2.25.8 Lot 4, D.P. 27651, and part Lot 1, D.P. 8147,
being parts Te Pae-o-tu-Rawaru No. 2 Block.
0 2 11.7 Part Lot 1, D.P. 7253, being part Te Pae-o-tu-
Rawaru No. 2 Block, and Sections 8 and 9,
Block XII, Wairere Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 19175 (S.O. 39464) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 1st day of April 1965.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the
road described in the First Schedule hereto is closed and
shall vest in David Wilkie Henderson, of Owaka, farmer;
and I also allocate the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section
29 and declare that it shall vest in the said David Wilkie
Henderson.
FIRST SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed
All those pieces of road situated in Block VII, Glenomaru
Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

0 2.25.7 Section 42, part Crown land coloured green on

SECOND SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
Land Allocated
All that piece of land containing 1 rood 5.8 perches
situated in Block VII, Glenomaru Survey District, Otago
R.D., being Crown land; coloured sepia, edged sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18636 (S.O. 12824) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 29th day of March 1965.

Pursuant to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described
in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 3 roods 14.5 perches
situated in Block IV, Ohinemuri Survey District, being part
Whangamata 4D 4A 2B Block; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19296 (M.L. 19341)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured red.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 1st day of April 1965.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the
land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the
purposes of an access way.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 0.18 perches situated in
Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, North Auckland R.D.,
and being part Lot 1B, D.P. 263; as the same is more

at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 22nd day of
March 1965
Present:
The Right Hon. Keith Holyoake, C.H., Presiding in Council
Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become a county road.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that portion of road situated in Block V, Russell Survey
District, Bay of Islands County, North Auckland R.D., com-
mencing at a point 94.7 links from the north-western corner
of Section 17, Block XI, Opua Township, and proceeding
thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance
of approximately 8 chains and terminating at the south-
eastern corner of Section 22 of the aforesaid Block XI; as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 19251 (S.O. 44459) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red
and marked A-B.
