THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Franklin County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block II, Onewhero Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Adjoining or passing through
0 0 26·4 Allotment 115, Puni Parish, and part land on D.P. 21546; coloured green, edged green on plan.
0 3 0·6 Part Allotment 78, Puni Parish; coloured green on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19307 (S.O. 44533) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Declaring Road in Block VIII, Waihi South Survey District, Whakatane County, to be County Road

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road situated in Block VIII, Waihi Survey District, Whakatane County, commencing at its junction with a legal road near the north-eastern corner of Section 5 of the aforesaid Block VIII, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 45 chains and terminating at the northern boundary of Section 6 of the aforesaid Block VIII.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19208 (S.O. 41242) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

The Matamata Rabbit District Order 1965 (Notice No. Ag. 8143)

PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Matamata Rabbit District Order 1965.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
  2. The boundaries of the Matamata Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 20th day of February 1961,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
  1. to the summit of the Port Hills; thence easterly and northerly along the summit of the Port Hills to the south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 16075; thence north-westerly along that boundary to the southern side of the Summit Road; thence across that road to and along the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 37133 (southern part) and its production to the north-eastern side of Worsleys Road; thence north-westerly along that roadside to and along the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 37133 (northern part) to and along the north-eastern side of Worsleys Road and the south-western boundary of Rural Section 2231 to the westernmost corner of that section; thence north-easterly generally along the north-western boundary of that section, the western and south-eastern boundaries of Rural Section 31528, and the south-eastern boundary of Rural Section 34652 to the northernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 17293; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of that lot to the western side of Dyers Pass Road; thence southerly generally along that roadside, the crossing of Summit Road to the summit of the Port Hills; thence north-easterly generally along the summit of the Port Hills to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of a Maori Reserve 875, Rapaki; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the sea coast in Lyttelton Harbour; thence south-easterly along a right line across Lyttelton Harbour to a point on the sea coast in line with Church Gully in Church Bay; thence easterly, southerly, and westerly generally along the sea coast (including Banks Peninsula) to the point of commencement; as shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 661 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
