virtue of a deed of lease dated the 26th day of October 1954

Declaring Road in Block XIII, Ruawahia Survey District,
Rotorua County, to be County Road

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the portions of road described in the
Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order
in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of Bretts Road situated in Block XIII,
Ruawahia Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing at
a legal road 12 chains south-west of the southern corner of
Section 19 of the aforesaid Block XIII, and proceeding thence
in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of
approximately 135 chains and terminating at the north-eastern
corner of Section 10 of the aforesaid Block XIII.
Also all that portion of Ash Pit Road, situated in Block
XIII, Ruawahia Survey District, Rotorua County, commencing
approximately 5 chains west of the north-eastern corner of
Section 9 of the aforesaid Block XIII and proceeding thence
in easterly and southerly directions generally for a distance
of approximately 126 chains and terminating near the south-
eastern corner of Section 11 of the aforesaid Block XIII.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 19239 (S.O. 39208) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A-B and C-D respectively.
