BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 19 perches situated in Block XL, Otahuhu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part of Allotment 214, Parish of Pakuranga; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19162 (S.O. 44363) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of March 1965.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

All those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Tiffin Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and I also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Lawrence Lorrigan, of Onetangi, farmer, subject to mortgages Nos. 451765 and 537939 and that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Bruce Stuart Philcox, of Waiheke Island, farmer, subject to mortgage No. 369969, North Auckland Land Registry.
