NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Piako County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto for road, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited at the Piako County Council Chambers, Kenrick Street, Te Aroha, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Every person affected who may wish to make any objection to the execution of such work or to the taking of such lands, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, must set forth his objection in writing and send same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk, Piako County Council, Kenrick Street, Te Aroha.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

Public notice is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto. A plan showing the land proposed to be taken is available for public inspection at the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barkes Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, during forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons having well grounded objections to the above-mentioned proposal are hereby called upon to set forth their objections in writing and to lodge the same in the office of the council on or before the 20th day of April 1965.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

Notice is hereby given that the Southland County Council proposes in pursuance of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land in the Schedule hereto for road for addition to the Gore-Te Tipua Road. Plans of the portions of land proposed to be taken are available for public inspection, without fee, at the office of the Southland County Council, Clyde Street, Invercargill, and all persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections in writing within 40 days from the date of first publication of this notice at the council’s offices at the above address (postal address P.O.
