Changes to the Borough of Pukekohe District Scheme Approved
Pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the City of Auckland, were approved
by the council by resolution passed at its meeting held on
8 March 1965.
The council has also resolved that the under-mentioned
changes to the district scheme shall come into operation on
19 March 1965, by which date certified correct copies of the
scheme changes as approved, will be deposited in the council's
office and in every public library in the district and may be
inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any
time when these places are open to the public.
SCHEDULE OF CHANGES
Code Amendment No. 22: Ordinance 9. All residential zones.
Minimum Site Area (for apartments).
Map Amendment No. 136: Glen Innes, Shopping Area.
Former Service Lane to be zoned Commercial B: Designation
of new Service Lane.
Map Amendment No. 137: Blockhouse Bay Road/Endeavour
Street. Rezoning from Commercial A to Residential B.

PAPATOETOE BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Regulations
1960, regulation 32 (8), notice is hereby given that Messrs
Jandals Properties Ltd. having applied under section 35 of
the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for a specified
departure from the provisions of the Papatoetoe Borough
Council Operative District Scheme and having met the
requirements of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and having regard to the fact that no objections
were received and the Papatoetoe Borough Council supported
the application, the Town and Country Planning Appeal
Board has:
Consented to a specified departure from the provisions of
the Papatoetoe Borough Council's Operative District Scheme
by permitting the applicant company to erect a footwear
manufacturing factory on the land described in the Schedule
hereto notwithstanding that the land is at present not zoned
but is designated for gas supply purposes and shall remain
so designated the aforesaid conditions to apply as follows:
(a) That the company comply with the plans at present
submitted to the council but that,
(b) Further and full details be presented in due course
showing the applicant's building and ground layout
proposal prior to the building permit being issued,
(c) That the company comply in all respects with the
requirements for development in the Industrial 'A'
Zone as set out in the council's Code of Ordinances,
(d) That off-street parking be provided to the extent re-
quired by the Papatoetoe Borough Council,
(e) That the property be used only for the manufacture of
footwear,
(f) That no undertaking, which by reason of its noise,
offensive smell, smoke, or other nuisance may cause
detriment to the adjoining area be permitted,
(g) That a small garden, in keeping with the character of
the area and to the council's approval be provided
and maintained,
(h) That the approval herein granted remain in effect
for a period of six months and in the event of the
departure not being proceeded with that the approval
will lapse.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land containing thirty-two perches (32 ps.),
more or less, being Lot 2, on Deposited Plan No. 53407,
being part of Allotment 37, of the Manurewa Farms, being
part of the land comprised and described in certificate of
title, Volume 231, folio 180, Auckland Registry.

Changes to the Borough of Pukekohe District Scheme
Approved
Pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Regulations
i960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned
changes to the district scheme under the Town and Country
Planning Act 1953, for the Borough of Pukekohe, were
approved by the council by resolution passed at its meeting
held on 17 February 1965. The council also resolved that the
under-mentioned changes to the district scheme shall come
into operation on the 17th day of March 1965.
Copies of the scheme changes, as approved, have been
deposited in the council's office and in the Pukekohe Public
Library and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who
so requires at any time when these places are open to the
public.

TARANAKI COUNTY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Departure From Operative District Scheme
Public notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of
the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments
and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Town and
Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated the 5th day
of February 1965, gave consent to a departure from the
Operative District Scheme (Combined Area Section) of the
County of Taranaki to the extent indicated hereunder:
By permitting Brown Lands Development Ltd., to use for
residential purposes all of the land being Allotment 67, on
Deposited Plan No. 1055, containing six acres one rood
seven perches (6a. 1r. 7ps.), more or less, being part of the
land in certificate of title, Volume 119, folio 77 (Taranaki
Land Registry), notwithstanding that the said land is zoned
"Rural" and shall remain so zoned, the aforesaid conditions
to apply as follows:
(1) That the consent shall not in any way limit the powers
of the council in respect of the subdivision of the
aforesaid land under the Counties Act 1956, the
Counties Amendment Act 1961 and regulations made
thereunder, or any other Act or regulations affecting
subdivision of land in counties.
