PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Robert William James Munro, sheep-farmer, and Jessie Lena Munro, his wife, both of Glenburn, under and by virtue of Pastoral Occupation Licence, Volume B2, folio 607, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the development of water power (Benmore Power Scheme) from and after the 22nd day of March 1965.
