Station 76 Taupiri, situated in Block XII, Wheao Survey District, a right line to Trig. Station F Tiritiri, situated in Block III, Heruiwi Survey District, and a right line to Trig. Station B Pukeroa, situated in Block XI, Heruiwi Survey District; then south-easterly along a right line to Trig. Station Te Taumutu situated in Block XVI, Heruiwi Survey District, and a right line to a point, being the intersection of a right line from the northernmost point of Lake Waikaremoana and passing through a point 180 chains due north of Trig. Station Maungataniwha, situated in Block XIV, Tuawatawata Survey District, with a right line between Trig. ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Ngaruroro River at its intersection with a right line between Trig. Stations 26 (Tauwheketewhango) in Block XII, Mangamaiare Survey District, and 65A in Block XXI, Kaweka Survey District, and proceeding north-westerly up the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Tapapa Nos. 1 and 2 Block; then north-easterly to and
along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Oamaru Stream, down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Tapapa No. 3 Block; then south-easterly and easterly along the south-western and southern boundaries of Tapapa No. 3 Block, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Mohaka River; then up the middle of the Mohaka River to a point in line with the southern boundary of Wharetoto Block; then easterly generally to and along that boundary, the eastern boundary of that block to its intersection with the southern boundary of Block IX, Tarawera Survey District, along that boundary and approximately 10 chains along the southern boundary of Block X, Tarawera Survey District, to its intersection with a tributary of the Toropapa Stream; then north-easterly down that tributary to the south-western boundary of Tarawera No. 10A Block; then north-westerly and easterly generally along the south-western, and northern boundaries of Tarawera No. 10A Block aforesaid, including the crossing of Omarowa Road line, the northern boundaries of Tarawera No. 8 Block to its intersection with Kowaro Road line, along the western side of that road line and the western side of No. 5 National State Highway to a point in line with the southern side of a road line in Tarawera No. 5A Block situated in Block XII Tarawera Survey District, across the afore-mentioned No. 5 National State Highway, to and along the southern side of that road line and its production to the middle of the Waipunga River, and down the middle of that river to the middle of the Mohaka River; then north-easterly generally down the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 6, Block V, Waitara Survey District; then south-easterly to and along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of part Section 3, Block XI, Waitara Survey District, to the middle of the Waikari River, and down the middle of that river to the sea coast; then generally southerly along the sea coast to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 3216, in Block III, Waimarama Survey District; then westerly to and along that boundary and the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 3215, to its north-western corner; then northerly along the eastern boundaries of Sections 6, 5, and 4, Block III, Oero Survey District, to the northern boundary of the last-mentioned section, along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Hawea Stream, down the middle of that stream to and up the middle of the Tukituki River, to and up the middle of the Papanui Stream to the middle of Middle Road; then northerly along the middle of that road to and north-westerly generally along the middle of Patangata-Boundary Road to the middle of No. 2 National State Highway; then south-westerly along the middle of that highway to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 5103; then north-westerly to and along that boundary, the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 29, D.P. 4416, Section 1, Block XIV, and Section 1, Block XIV, both Maraekakaho Survey District (including the crossing of Te Onepu Road), to the northernmost corner of the last-mentioned section, along a right line to the middle of the Mangaonuku Stream in line with the north-western boundary of Section 1, Block X, Maraekakaho Survey District, up the middle of that stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Block 3, Gwavas Crown Grant District, in Block IV, Wakarara Survey District, to and along that boundary and south-westerly along the north-western boundaries of that block, Blocks 1 and 5, and again Block 1, all Gwavas Crown Grant District, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Managamauku Stream; then up the middle of that stream to its intersection with the north-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block XI, Wakarara Survey District; then north-westerly along that boundary to the northernmost point of the said Section 1, along a right line to the confluence of the Makaroro River and Makaroro Stream (east of Section 8, Block IX, Wakarara Survey District), and along a right line in the direction of Trig. Station 30 (Aorangi) to the summit of the Ruahine Range; then northerly along the summit of that range to Trig. Station Y on the western boundary of Block XVIII, Ngaruroro Survey District; then north-easterly along a right line to a point in the middle of the Taruarau River in Block II, Ngaruroro Survey District, in line with the south-western boundary of Block 78, Maraekakaho Crown Grant District; then easterly down the middle of that river, to and northerly up the middle of the Ngaruroro River to the point of commencement, excluding therefrom the Cities of Napier as described in Gazette, 1962, page 865, and Hastings, hereinbefore described, and the Boroughs of Havelock North as described in Gazette, 1952, page 948, and altered in Gazette, 1963, page 2041, and Taradale as described in Gazette, 1961, page 895.

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Taupo County, bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Waikato River and the Parariki Stream in Block XII, Tatuа Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally up the middle of the said Parariki Stream, to and south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 29248, to and south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 29248, a right line across a public road to and along the north-western boundaries of Lot 4, D.P. 29248, and Lot 28, D.P. 29249, to the westernmost corner of the last-named lot; then north-westerly, westerly, and generally southerly along the north-eastern, northern, and generally western boundaries of part Tauhara Middle 4A 2, crossing
