TE AWAMUTU BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authoritites Loans Act 1956, the Te Awamutu Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £30,000 authorised to be raised by the Te Awamutu Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the renewal of the Waterworks Extension Loan 1954, the said Te Awamutu Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of thirty-eight hundredths of a penny (0·38d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Te Awamutu comprising the whole of the borough; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on 1st day of September in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 15 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The Common Seal of the Te Awamutu Borough Council was hereto affixed at the office of, and pursuant to a resolution of, the council in the presence of:

NELSON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
“That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Nelson City Council hereby resolves that for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £10,000 to be known as the Tahunanui Motor Camp Loan No. 2, 1964, of £10,000, authorised to be raised by the Nelson City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of building cabins at the Tahunanui Motor Camp, the said Nelson City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·057909d. in the pound on the rateable value on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property in the City of Nelson comprising the whole of the said City; and such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August of each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years or until such loan is paid off.”
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed by the Nelson City Council at a meeting held in the City Council Chambers, Trafalgar Street, Nelson, on the 12th day of November 1964.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Redemption Loan No. 19, 1964, £68,000
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendment, and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of sixty-eight thousand pounds (£68,000) to be known as the Redemption Loan No. 19, 1964, £68,000, which amount is proposed to be raised by the Auckland City Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of repaying on maturity those portions of the Hunua Development Loan 1954, £1,590,000 and Hunua Additional Loan 1958, £796,000, which mature on 1 February 1965, and the cost of raising the loan, the said Auckland City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-eleventh of one penny (¹⁄₁₁ of 1d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property of Auckland City comprising the whole of the City of Auckland; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the said loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”

Redemption Loan No. 20, 1964, £221,500
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendment, and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of two hundred and twenty-one thousand five hundred pounds (£221,500) to be known as the Redemption Loan No. 20, 1964, £221,500, which amount is proposed to be raised by the Auckland City Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of repaying on maturity those portions of the Avondale (Block 76) Housing and Reserve Loan 1954, £136,600, Parnell Baths Improvement Loan 1952, £101,000, and Works Loan 1952, £650,000, which mature on 21 February 1965, and the cost of raising the loan, the said Auckland City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of seven-seventeenths of one penny (⁷⁄₁₇ of 1d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property of Auckland City comprising the whole of the City of Auckland; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the said loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”

THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendment, and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of two hundred and fifty-two thousand eight hundred pounds (£252,800) to be known as the Redemption Loan No. 21, 1964, £252,800, which amount is proposed to be raised by the Auckland City Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Cossey’s Creek Development Loan 1951, £1,698,000, which matures on 21 February 1965, and the cost of raising the loan, the said Auckland City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of seven-twentieths of one penny (⁷⁄₂₀ of 1d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property of Auckland City comprising the whole of the City of Auckland; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the said loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”

THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendment, and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of eighty-four thousand eight hundred pounds (£84,800) to be known as the Redemption Loan No. 22, 1964, £84,800, which amount is proposed to be raised by the Auckland City Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Freeman’s Bay Redevelopment (Acquisition of Land) Loan 1951, £400,000, which matures on 21 February 1965, and the cost of raising the loan, the said Auckland City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of two-seventeenths of one penny (²⁄₁₇ of 1d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property of Auckland City comprising the whole of the City of Auckland; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the said loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”
