HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Galatea Aerodrome Establishment Order 1964.
  2. Consent is hereby given to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome by the Murupara Borough Council on the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District comprising 167 acres 1 rood 18 perches, more or less, being Sections 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25, Town of Galatea, and Sections 72s, 75s, and 76s, Galatea Settlement, Block IX, Galatea Survey District, being more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan 35928.

The Rangiora Aerodrome Establishment Order 1964

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Rangiora Aerodrome Establishment Order 1964.
  2. Consent is hereby given to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome by the Rangiora County Council on the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District comprising 68 acres and 39·8 perches more or less, being Rural Section 38634, and part Rural Section 33395, Blocks V and VI, Rangiora Survey District.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 1 rood 17·1 perches situated in Block III, Waitemata Survey District, North Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through part Allotment 533, Paremoremo Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18918 (S.O. 44434) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Boundaries of Counties of Opotiki, Waikohu, Whakatane, and Wairoa Altered

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. On and from the 1st day of April 1965 the area described in the First Schedule hereto shall be excluded from the County of Opotiki and included in the County of Waikohu.
  2. On and from the date aforesaid the area described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be excluded from the County of Whakatane and included in the County of Wairoa.
  3. On and from the date aforesaid the area described in the Third Schedule hereto shall be excluded from the County of Wairoa and included in the County of Whakatane.
  4. On and from the date aforesaid the area described in the Fourth Schedule hereto shall be excluded from the County of Whakatane and included in the County of Waikohu.
  5. On and from the date aforesaid the area described in the Fifth Schedule hereto shall be excluded from the County of Waikohu and included in the County of Whakatane.
  6. On and from the date aforesaid the area described in the Sixth Schedule hereto shall be excluded from the County of Waikohu and included in the County of Opotiki.
  7. The alterations of the boundaries of the said counties hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Counties Act 1956.
