FIRST SCHEDULE
AREA TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE COUNTY OF OPOITIKI AND INCLUDED IN THE COUNTY OF WAIKOHU
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, Opotiki County, containing approximately 6,360 acres, bounded by a line commencing at Trigonometrical Station C, Te Wana, in Block II, Koranga West Survey District, and proceeding in a southerly and then westerly direction along the eastern and then southern boundaries of the Opotiki County as described in Gazette, 1949, page 1429, to its intersection with the watershed between the Waimana and Waioeka Rivers to the north and the Wairoa River to the South in Block V, Koranga West Survey District; thence north-easterly generally along that watershed to the point of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE
AREA TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE COUNTY OF WHAKATANE AND INCLUDED IN THE COUNTY OF WAIROA
ALL that area in the South Auckland and Gisborne Land District, Whakatane County, containing approximately 87,340 acres, bounded by a line commencing at Trigonometrical Station 2126, Maungapohatu, in Block XII, Ruatahuna Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Whakatane County as described in Gazette, 1949, page 1426, to its easternmost corner in Block II, Tuahu Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along the south-eastern boundary of the Whakatane County to its intersection with the south-eastern watershed of the Rangitaiki and Whakatane Rivers in Block X, Tuwatawata Survey District; thence north-easterly generally along that watershed to the point of commencement.
THIRD SCHEDULE
AREA TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE COUNTY OF WAIROA AND INCLUDED IN THE COUNTY OF WHAKATANE
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Wairoa County, containing approximately 7,100 acres, bounded by a line commencing at a point being the intersection of the northern boundary of the Wairoa County with the south-eastern watershed of the Rangitaiki and Whakatane Rivers, situated in Block X, Tuwatawata Survey District, and proceeding south-westerly along the north-western boundary of the Wairoa County as described in Gazette, 1955, page 363, to its westernmost corner; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of that county to its intersection with the aforesaid watershed in Block I, Mangahopai West Survey District; thence northerly generally along that watershed to the point of commencement.
FOURTH SCHEDULE
AREA TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE COUNTY OF WHAKATANE AND INCLUDED IN THE COUNTY OF WAIKOHU
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, Block XII, Ruatahuna Survey District, Whakatane County, containing approximately 100 acres, bounded by a line commencing at Trigonometrical Station 2126, Maungapohatu, and proceeding easterly generally along the watershed between the Waimana and Waioeka Rivers to the north and the Wairoa River to the south to its intersection with the north-western boundary of the Waikohu County; thence south-westerly along that boundary as described in Gazette, 1951, page 436, to the point of commencement.
FIFTH SCHEDULE
AREA TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE COUNTY OF WAIKOHU AND INCLUDED IN THE COUNTY OF WHAKATANE
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, Block XII, Ruatahuna Survey District, Waikohu County, containing approximately 105 acres, bounded by a line commencing at a point being the intersection of the watershed between the Waimana and Waioeka Rivers to the north and the Wairoa River to the south and the north-western boundary of the Waikohu County and proceeding south-easterly along the said watershed to the head of Waingaro Stream; thence northerly down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the north-western boundary of the Waikohu County; thence south-westerly to and along the said north-western boundary as described in Gazette, 1951, page 436, to the point of commencement.
SIXTH SCHEDULE
AREA TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE COUNTY OF WAIKOHU AND INCLUDED IN THE COUNTY OF OPOITIKI
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, Waikohu County, containing approximately 250 acres, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle of the Waingaro Stream with the north-western boundary of Waikohu County, in Block XII, Ruatahuna Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly along the said boundary as described in Gazette, 1951, page 436, to its intersection with the watershed between the Waimana and Waioeka Rivers to the north and the Wairoa River to the south in Block V, Koranga West Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along that watershed to the head of Waingaroa Stream; thence northerly down the middle of that stream to the point of commencement.

TRUSTEES OF PARKHURST CEMETERY APPOINTED
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint the Helensville Borough Council to be the trustees of the Parkhurst Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, and the said Council shall have the control and management of that cemetery.
The Warrant dated the 8th day of May 1950* appointing the Waitemata County Council to be the trustees of the Parkhurst Cemetery is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing 6 acres 1 rood 17 perches, more or less, being Section 2A, Block XIII, Kaipara Survey District.

APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE SPECIAL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING APPEAL BOARD

PURSUANT to section 39A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint:
Cuthbert Hargreaves Taylor, Esquire, of Wellington, being a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand;
Leslie Porter Blunt, Esquire, of Kaikoura, being a person nominated by the Executive Committee of the New Zealand Counties Association Incorporated;
Ewart Somers, Esquire, of Christchurch, being a person nominated by the Executive Committee of the Municipal Association of New Zealand Incorporated; and
Rex Ryerson Beaumont, Esquire, of Lower Hutt, Barrister and Solicitor;
to be members of the Special Town and Country Planning Appeal Board for a period commencing on the 1st day of February 1965 and terminating on the 1st day of August 1965; and I hereby appoint Cuthbert Hargreaves Taylor, the Deputy Chairman of the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, to be Chairman of the Special Town and Country Planning Appeal Board.
