A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 26·7 perches situated in Block VI, Apiti Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 5; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18886 (S.O. 16888) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of October 1964.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed Road

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 28·5 perches being part Section 10, Block XII, Maungatautari Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18359 (S.O. 42201) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed

ALL that piece of road containing 21 acres and 21 perches situated in Block XII, Maungatautari Survey District, adjoining closed road, Lot 1, of Section 31, Selwyn Settlement, and part Waotu North 1A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18359 (S.O. 42201) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 15·4 perches situated in Block VI, Uawa Survey District, Cook County, Gisborne R.D., and being part Lot 3, D.P. 2058, being part Te Marunga Block; coloured orange on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of road containing 2 roods 19·2 perches situated in Block VI, Uawa Survey District, Cook County, Gisborne R.D., and adjoining or passing through part Lot 3, D.P. 2058, being part Te Marunga Block; coloured green on plan.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18879 (S.O. 5501) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Revoking in Part a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of the Tauranga-Te Maunga Motorway in Blocks XI, XIII, XIV, and VI, Tauranga Survey District and Revoking Previous Proclamation

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 1st day of November 1963, published in Gazette, 14 November 1963, Volume III, page 1835, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as S. 272771 revoking in part a Proclamation defining the middle line of the Tauranga-Te Maunga Motorway and hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of September 1959 published in Gazette, 17 September 1959, Volume III, page 1295, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as S. 168162 in so far as it affects all the land shown on plans M.O.W. 7538 (S.O. 41856) and M.O.W. 4966 (S.O. 41204) copies of which are deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton with Proclamations S. 257382 and S. 231617 taking land for the Tauranga-Te Maunga Motorway.

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
