All persons affected shall set forth in writing any objection they may wish to make to the execution of the works or to the taking of the land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and shall send the written objection within 40 days from the first publication of the notice to the Town Clerk, at the Council Chambers, 615 New North Road, Mount Albert, Auckland S.W. 1.

DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Dunedin District Scheme Approved
Pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the City of Dunedin was approved by the council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 19th day of October 1964, after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of, and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the board had been incorporated. The council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 30th day of October 1964.
Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the council's office and in every public library in the district, and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

Specified Departure From Cook County District Scheme
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board has consented to an application from the Gisborne City Council for leave to dispense with compliance with the Code of Ordinances of the Cook County as regards the lands recently taken into the city from the county, subject to compliance with the Gisborne City Council's Code of Ordinances prepared under its district scheme.
A copy of the Board's decision may be inspected at the City Council Office, Fitzherbert Street, Gisborne, during office hours.

Central Area District Planning Scheme
Notice is hereby given pursuant to regulation 32 (8) of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, that by a decision dated 3 September 1964, the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board consented to the application of Hughsons Hardware Ltd. for a departure under section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 from the above-mentioned district scheme.
The substance and effect of the consent is to permit the use for Commercial B purposes Lot 2, D.P. 2688, and part Section 598, Town of New Plymouth (Dawson Street), notwithstanding that the land is and shall remain zoned Residential.
A full copy of the consent may be inspected, without fee, at any time during office hours at the Town Clerk's Office, Liardet Street, New Plymouth.

Change of the Borough of Mount Albert District Scheme
Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the council made on the 13th day of October 1964, the council has recommended that the Operative District Scheme be changed in respect of the matter listed in the Schedule hereto. The change of the district scheme, as now recommended by the council has been deposited in the Council Offices, 615 New North Road, Mount Albert, and is there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the offices are open to the public.
Objection to the proposed change of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked "Objection to Scheme Change" and lodged at the office of the council at any time not later than 4 December 1964. An appropriate form for use of objectors is available from the Council Offices. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

Changes to County of Taranaki District Planning Scheme (Combined Area Section) Approved
Pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the changes to the above scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the County of Taranaki (Combined Area Section), relating to the matter set forth in the Schedule to this notice were approved by the council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 13th day of October 1964, there being no objections relating to the said changes. The council has also resolved that the changes to this scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of November 1964.
A copy of the changes to the scheme and the scheme itself, as amended by the changes, has been deposited in the council's office and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when the office is open to the public.
