NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby
given, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, that
the Whangarei Harbour Board proposes, under the provisions
of the said Act, to take the land described in the Schedule
hereto for harbour works, namely for a catchment area.
Notice is hereby further given that all persons affected
by the taking of such land who have any well grounded
objections to the taking of the said land must set forth
their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days
from the first publication of this notice to the Secretary,
Whangarei Harbour Board, Quay Street, Whangarei.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments
and in the matter of the Soil Conservation and Rivers
Control Act 1941 and its amendments, notice is hereby given
that the Otago Catchment Board intends to take, under the
provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Soil Conservation
and Rivers Control Act 1941, those parcels of land
described in the Schedule hereto for soil conservation and
river control works. The plan of the said land (S.O. 13475)
is deposited at the South Division Office of the Otago
Catchment Board, Hasborough Place, Balclutha, and is there
open for inspection by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of the said land are hereby required
and called upon to set forth in writing any objections to the
execution of the said public work or the taking of the said
land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation,
and to send such in writing within forty (40)
days from the first publication of this notice to the Secretary,
Otago Catchment Board, 725 George Street, Dunedin.

Notice is hereby given that the Cambridge Borough Council
proposes, under the provisions of section 163 (c) of the
Municipal Corporations Act 1954, section 22 of the Public
Works Act 1928, and section 5 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, to take for a service lane the lands described
in the Schedule hereto.
And further, all persons affected by the taking of the said
lands who have any well grounded objections to the taking
of the said lands are called upon to state their objections
in writing and send the same to the Town Clerk, Cambridge
Borough Council, Cambridge, within 40 days from the first
publication of this notice.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD IN BLOCK XII
Rangiora Survey District (Woodend Beach Road)

NOTICE is hereby given that the Rangiora County Council
proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
to execute a certain public work, namely the realignment of a
public road between the Main North Road and Woodend Beach
Road, and for the purposes of such public work to take the
piece of land described in the Schedule hereto for road, and
notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said piece
of land so required to be taken is deposited in the public
office of the County Clerk to the said council, situated at
corner Kippenberger Avenue and East Belt, Rangiora, and
is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons
during office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said road work
or by the taking of the said piece of land who have any
well grounded objections to the execution of the said road
work or to the taking of the said piece of land, not being
an objection to the amount of the payment of compensation,
