HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Plimmerton/Paremata Sewerage Reticulation Additional Loan 1964, £30,000
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 the Hutt County Council hereby resolves:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £30,000 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of reticulating for sewerage to the boundaries of properties within the Plimmerton/Paremata sewerage scheme, the said Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal .522 pence in the pound (five hundred and twenty-two one-thousandths of one penny in the £1) of all rateable property in the 54B Special Rating Area of the Taupo Riding of the County of Hutt; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Fendalton Riding Works Redemption Loan 1964, £9,300
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waimairi County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £9,300 authorised to be raised by the Waimairi County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying the amount outstanding on the Fendalton Riding Works Loan 1954, the said Waimairi County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·025212d. (pence) in the £ (pound) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the special rating area comprising the whole of the Fendalton Riding of the Waimairi County; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

Middleton Riding Works Redemption Loan 1964, £5,000
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waimairi County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £5,000 authorised to be raised by the Waimairi County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying the amount outstanding on the Middleton Riding Works Loan 1954, the said Waimairi County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·028244d. (pence) in the £ (pound) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the special rating area comprising the whole of the Middleton Riding of the Waimairi County; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each year and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Water Supply Improvement Loan No. 2, 1964, £15,000
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Featherston Borough Council resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charge on the loan of £15,000 to be known as the Water Supply Improvement Loan No. 2, 1964 authorised to be raised by the Featherston Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of developing and improving the waterworks, the said Featherston Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 1·25477 pence in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all such rateable property in the Borough of Featherston; and that the said rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of 30 years, or until such loan is fully paid off."

LEVIN BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Levin Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of sixteen thousand two hundred pounds (£16,200) authorised to be raised by the Levin Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity the balance of the Sewerage Loan No. 4, 1952 (£50,000)-Portion £21,750, which matures on 1 February 1965, the said Levin Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of sixty four-hundredths of a penny (£0£00d.) in the £ upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Levin; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 15 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of fourteen thousand two hundred and fifty pounds (£14,250) authorised to be raised by the Levin Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of erecting pensioners flats, the said Levin Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of thirty four-hundredths of a penny (£0£00d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the Borough of Levin comprising the whole of the Borough of Levin; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of thirty (30) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Public notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto, to take for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road the portion of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to stop the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto. A plan of the portions of land proposed to be taken and the portion of road proposed to be stopped is open for public inspection at the office of the Waikato County Council, Grey Street, Hamilton East, during 40 days from the first publication of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections in writing at the office of the council on or before the 23rd day of November 1964.

All that portion of road containing 1 acre and 14-8 perches adjoining or passing through Sections 18s and 20s, Te Miro Settlement, situated in Block III, Cambridge Survey District, Land Registration District of South Auckland, County of Waikato, and shown coloured green on S.O. Plan 42710.
