IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION
Notice Calling Final Meeting
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the
matter of Rangitikei Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd.
(in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given in pursuance of
section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general
meeting of the above-named company will be held at the Town
Hall Supper Room, at Bulls, on Wednesday the 11th day
of November 1964, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having
an account laid before it showing how the winding up has
been conducted and the property of the company has been
disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the
liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution namely, that the books and
papers of the company be disposed of by handing them to
Manawatu Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd.
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting
is entitled to appoint a proxy in accordance with the articles of
association of the company to attend and vote instead of him.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Alert Taxi Society Ltd. (in receivership), notice is hereby
given that the undersigned, the receiver for the debenture
holder of Alert Taxi Society Ltd., does hereby fix the 23rd day
of November 1964, as the day on or before which the
creditors of the society are to prove their debts or claims,
and to establish any title they may have to priority under
section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded
from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are
proved or as the case may be from objecting to the
distribution.

of Orakei Service Station Ltd., notice is hereby given that a
petition for the winding up of the above-named company by
the Supreme Court was, on the 26th day of August 1964,
presented to the said Court by BP (New Zealand) Ltd., a
duly incorporated company having its registered office at
Wellington, carrying on business there and elsewhere in
New Zealand as wholesalers of petroleum products; and
that the said petition is directed to be heard before the
Court sitting at Auckland on the 30th day of October 1964,
at 10 a.m., and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of the
hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a
copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
Notice is hereby given that the partnership carried on by
Herbert Trevor Gilling, Lionel Richard Fisher, and Murray
Charles Day, of Hamilton, public accountants, under the style
of Gilling, Fisher, Day and Co. was dissolved on 30 June
1964.
As from 1 July 1964, Lionel Richard Fisher and Murray
Charles Day are continuing to practise in partnership as public
accountants, under the style of Fisher, Day, and Co.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given by the Public Trustee as executor
of the will of Dorothy Green, late of Motueka, married
woman, that the partnership known as Geo. H. Budden and
Co., Motueka, which was carried on by the said Dorothy
Green and Gerald Green, of Motueka, was by reason of the
death of Dorothy Green on 17 November 1963, dissolved on
that date and that the said business has been carried on under
the same name by the said Gerald Green as from the date of
dissolution.

KOWAI COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Kowai County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £15,700 authorised to be raised by the Kowai County
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
repaying that portion of the Bridge and Sealing Loan 1958,
of £25,000, which matures on the 1st day of December 1964,
the said Kowai County Council hereby makes a special rate
of decimal zero nine two five pence (0·0925d.) in the pound
(£) upon the rateable capital value of all rateable property
within the boundaries of the County of Kowai; and that the
special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency
of the loan and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of
December and the 1st day of June in each and every year
during the currency of the loan, being a period of fourteen
(14) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
