Declaring Road in Block X, Mangamuka Survey District, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 23rd day of September 1964 Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby (a) declares the piece of road described in the Schedule here to to be a Government road, and (b) stops the said road.

SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that piece of road containing 28·9 iperches situated in Block X, Mangamuka Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and adjoining or passing through Motukaraka West A4 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18286 (S.O. 44285) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block VII, Omapere Survey District, to be County Road BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 23rd day of September 1964 Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT ALL that portion of road situated in Block VII, Omapere Survey District commencing at the north-eastern corner of Allotment 53, Omapere Parish and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 10 chains; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18805 (S.O. 44387) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Judea Drainage Board Dissolved BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 21st day of October 1964 Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER 1. As from 30th day of November 1964 the Judea Drainage Board shall be dissolved. 2. As from the date aforesaid the powers, functions, assets, and liabilities of the Judea Drainage Board shall be transferred to the Tauranga County Council.

Authorising the Auckland Harbour Board to Reclaim Land at Shoal Bay, Takapuna BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellitgton this 7th day of October 1964 Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from the sea at Shoal Bay, Takapuna an area of 14 perches, more or less, as shown coloured pink on plan marked M.D. 11884, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

Authorising the Auckland Harbour Board to Reclaim Land at Onehunga, Manukau Harbour BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 30th day of September 1964 Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from the sea at Onehunga an area of 3 acres 19 perches, more or less, as shown edged red on plan marked M.D. 11847, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
