HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Manukau County Council to reclaim from the sea at Kawakawa Bay, Hauraki Gulf an area of 2 roods 12 perches, more or less, as shown edged red on plan marked M.D. 11877, and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council, dated the 23rd day of November 1953, and published in the Gazette on the 3rd day of December 1953, authorising Frank McLaren Gladstone Robinson, sheep farmer, to erect and use certain electric lines in the County of Tawera.
