Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the stopped Government road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of October 1964.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 15th day of July 1964, published in Gazette, 13 August 1964, No. 49, page 1281, proclaiming land as road and closing road, in so far as it declares that piece of road thirdly described in the Second Schedule thereto, when closed, to be incorporated in the Crown Lease held by John Campbell Begg, of Dunedin, sheep farmer, and John Wyndham Begg, of Wyndham, sheep farmer.
