Land Taken for Road in Block VIII, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of October 1964.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 11·8 perches, being part Section 40, Block VIII, Piako Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18843 (S.O. 42690) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of October 1964.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in John David Naylor, of Five Rivers, farmer, and Cecily June Naylor, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 186358.

0 0 23·3 Part Lot 17} coloured green on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18780 (S.O. 7223) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
