As the said area is shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 648, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in blue.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
SECTIONS 24, 25, and 26, Block XI, Tadmor Survey District, Waimea County: Area, 529 acres, more or less. As shown on plan No. 108/110 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service in Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of September 1964.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
