to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier
Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area described in
the Schedule hereto to be a Wildlife Refuge in the Rotorua
Acclimatisation District for the purposes of the Wildlife Act
1953.

SCHEDULE
PATTERSONS Lagoon (Part Lot 1, D.P. S. 7960, and part land
on D.P. 21466, being part Allotment 9, Waimana Parish,
situated in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, part certificate
of title, Volume 1053 folio 129; and part land on D.P. 12744,
being part Allotment 8, Waimana Parish, situated in Blocks I
and II, Whakatane Survey District, part certificate of title,
Volume 1053, folio 129; and part land on D.P. 12744, being
part Allotment II, Waimana Parish, situated in Block II,
Whakatane Survey District, part certificate of title, Volume
481, folio 119): Area, 8 acres 3 roods, more or less.
As described on the plan marked I.A. 46/29/399 deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 8th day of September 1964.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes
and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 21st day of September 1964.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 17· 6 perches situated in
the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lot 6, D.P.
7843, being part Section 905, Town of Wellington. All certificate
of title, Volume 594, folio 11, Wellington Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard
Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control
purposes and shall vest in the Manawatu Catchment Board as
from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of
September 1964.

shall vest in the Bay of Plenty Electric Power Board as
from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day
of September 1964.
