Revocation of a Proclamation Declaring Land to be Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 2 (2) of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke a proclamation made on 11 February 1963 and published in the Gazette, on 21 February 1963, No. 13, page 236, in so far as the said Proclamation affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Street at Linwood

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Christchurch City Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Defining the Boundaries of the Wairarapa Electric Power District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby define the boundaries of the Wairarapa Electric Power District, as set out in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District comprising the Boroughs of Masterton, Carterton, Greytown, Featherston, and Martinborough, the Counties of Wairarapa South and Featherston, and parts of the Counties of Hutt, Masterton, Eketahuna, and Akito, bounded by a line commencing on the sea coast at Turakirae Head in Block IX, Pencarrow Survey District and proceeding generally north-easterly along a right line to Trig. Station AA (Waimarara) and along the summits of the Rimutaka and Tararua Ranges to Mount Dundas in Block XI, Tararua Survey District, and along a right line towards Trig. Station Arawaru to its intersection with a right line bearing 297Β° from Trig. Station Tawhero in Block III, Mikimiki Survey District; thence south-easterly along that right line to Trig. Station Tawhero and along the summit of the Tawhero Range to the north-western boundary of Section 9, Block IV, Mikimiki Survey District; thence south-westerly along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Ruamahanga River; thence generally south-easterly down the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 71, Opaki District, in Block VIII, Mikimiki Survey District, to and along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of that
