BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and declare that the said road when so closed shall be incorporated in Crown Lease of Run 175B, held by Thomas Edward Ernest Bryant, of Wendon Valley, farmer, as to a three-quarter share, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 155891, Southland Land Registry, and the said Thomas Edward Ernest Bryant, and Rhoda Mary Bryant, his wife, and Ernest Valpy Bryant, of Waipahi, farmer, jointly inter se as to a quarter share, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 155891 and 166978, Southland Land Registry, being registered as lessees under Pastoral Lease of pastoral land under the Land Act 1948.
