A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim
that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed
and shall vest in Athol Charles Dixon Reeves, of Ngongotaha,
famer, subject to memorandum of mortgage S. 155108, South
Auckland Land Registry.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 5 Part Section 4, Block IV, Rotorua Survey District;
coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 14·4 Part Section 2, Block V, Rotoiti Survey District;
coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18736 (S.O. 42402) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Road Closed

ALL those pieces of road described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18736 (S.O. 42402) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of August 1964.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 3 acres 2 roods 9·3 perches
situated in Block XIII, Whangara Survey District, Cook
County, Gisborne R.D., and adjoining or passing through
Lot 7, D.P. 4804, and part Lot 21, D.P. 182, being parts of
Pouawa B Block, and part Section 4; coloured green on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18726 (S.O. 5202) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land des-
cribed in the First Schedule hereto; and also proclaim as closed
the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also proclaim
as closed the road described in the Third Schedule hereto and
shall vest in Lawrence Aylmer Reid, of Takapau, farmer, and
William Aneas McLeod, of Napier, solicitor, and subject to
memorandum of mortgage No. 145109, Hawke’s Bay Registry.
