NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and to stop the portion of road described in the Second Schedule. A plan showing the land to be taken and the portion of road to be stopped is available for public inspection at the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke’s Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons having well grounded objections to the above-mentioned proposals are hereby called upon to set forth their objections in writing and lodge the same in the office of the Council on or before the 16th day of September 1964.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for the purposes of a road the interests of the lessees in the portions of land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Benjamin Jones and Allan Lawrence Lett respectively, under leases in perpetuity, Volume 87, folios 40 and 44 (South Auckland Registry). A plan showing the portions of land proposed to be taken is available for public inspection at the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke’s Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons affected by the taking of the said interests in the land and having well grounded objections thereto are hereby called upon to set forth their objections in writing and send the same to the office of the Tauranga County Council on or before the 24th day of September 1964.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and their respective amendments, notice is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf to execute a certain public work, namely for housing purposes at 4 Hutchison Road in the City of Wellington, and for the purpose of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Public Office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Office Building, Mercer Street, in the said City, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by any person during ordinary office hours and that any person affected by the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land should if he has any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, send that written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Wellington City Council addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitomo County Council proposes under the above-mentioned Act to take the land in the Schedule hereto for road, and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the above Council situated at Te Kuiti, and is open for public inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have any objections thereto must state their objections in writing and lodge same at the office of the County Clerk within 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Departure From Operative District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated the 2nd day of June 1964, has consented to a specified departure from the Mount Roskill Borough Council’s Operative District Scheme by permitting the applicants, D. B. Spackman and others, to erect on Lot 20, Deposited Plan 35317, being part of Allotments 8 and 8B, of Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1058, folio 36 (Auckland Registry), premises for a medical practitioner’s Surgery and Chambers, notwithstanding that the land is and shall remain zoned for Residential Purposes, but subject to the following conditions:

1. That the building be erected in accordance with the plans submitted to the Council.
2. That the building be erected in the location shown on, and in accordance with, the ground plan.
