A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5·2 perches situated in Block III, Arowhenua Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Section 4, Orakipaoa Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18557 (S.O. 10139) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the road described in the Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in David Owen Smaller, of Wanganui, farmer, and June Ailsa Smaller, his wife, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 575852, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 28th day of June 1960, to be street.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, dated the 6th day of December 1960, and published in Gazette, 15 December 1960, Volume III, page 1949, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at North Auckland as No. 17992, defining the middle line of a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, in so far as it effects Lot 1, D.P. 10962, being all certificate of title, Volume 295, folio 245, North Auckland Land Registry.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Valuation of Land Act 1951, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the District Valuation Rolls for the districts enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be revised by the Valuer-General as at 1 July 1964.
SCHEDULE
Boroughs: Ellerslie, Thames.
City: Auckland.

PURSUANT to the discretion conferred upon him by subsection (2) of section 9, Valuation of Land Act 1951, the Valuer-General intends to exercise the authority conferred by the foregoing Order in Council so far as it relates to Auckland City by revising only those properties on the district valuation roll which lie within the Point Chevalier portion.
