Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a Public School,
to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site
for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting
the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
RESERVE 2958, situated in Block XV, Opuha Survey District:
Area, 48 acres 2 roods 8 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan
1296L).

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a lighthouse;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 27th day of July 1964.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 19·2 perches situated in
Block XV, Albatross Survey District, being part A1 C3
Taharoa Block; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 18133 (S.O. 42436) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and there-
on coloured yellow.
