CORRIGENDUM

In the First Schedule to the notice varying a previous notice declaring land to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Waipuna Development Scheme), published in the Gazette, 4 June 1964, No. 34, page 947, for “121 0 0 Hauturu West 2, Section 3E 2B” read “121 0 0 Hauturu West 2, Section 3F 2B”.

CORRIGENDUM

In a Declaration published in Gazette, 1964, No. 24, at page 703, taking additional land at Moerewa for the purposes of the Kawakawa-Grahamtown Railway and for road diversion in connection therewith, in the Second Schedule thereto for “6 acres 3 roods 34·71 perches” read “3 acres 0 roods 7·8 perches.”

State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Declaring Lands in North Auckland, Nelson, and Canterbury Land Districts Vested in the Auckland, Nelson, and Canterbury Education Boards as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Auckland Education Board, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Nelson Education Board, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board, as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Part Allotment 28, Karangahape Parish, situated in Block IX, Titirangi Survey District: Area, 3 roods 26 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 765, folio 23 (limited as to parcels and title).

Allotment 41A, Tatarariki Parish, situated in Block X, Tokatoka Survey District: Area, 5 acres, more or less (S.O. Plan 16601).
