Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 8th day of July 1964
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place and recreation ground for the common use and benefit of the Ngapuhi tribe.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land situated and described as follows:

3 3 39 Matihetihe No. 1A, situate in Block I, Hokianga Survey District.

Declaring Road in Block XI, Mapara Survey District, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 8th day of July 1964
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby:
(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of road containing 1 acre 3 roods 31.4 perches situated in Block XI, Mapara Survey District and adjoining or passing through part Section 34; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18459 (S.O. 9473) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring an Accessway to be Vested in the Corporation of the City of Wellington and to be Under the Control and Management of the Wellington City Council

Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the accessway described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, and be under the control and management of the Wellington City Council.

Adding Land to the Egmont National Park

At the Government House at Wellington this 8th day of July 1964

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of the Egmont National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with, by the Egmont National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

Section 13, Block V, Egmont Survey District: Area, 9 acres 3 roods 24 perches, more or less.

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Akaroa County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of road containing 1 rood 2.5 perches situated in Block IV, Akaroa Survey District, Canterbury R.D., adjoining or passing through part Reserve 113; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18383 (S.O. 10086) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
