A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the
road described in the Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest
in William Roderick Richmond, of Hastings, sheepfarmer,
and Logan Stuart Richmond, of Maraekakaho, Hastings,
sheepfarmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 138011,
Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 5 acres 2 roods 25·7
perches situated in Block XII, Heretaunga Survey District,
Hawke’s Bay County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and adjoining or
passing through part Lot 4, Deeds Plan 434, part Lot 25,
D.P. 330, and Lot 1, D.P. 2426, being parts Papakura
Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18592 (S.O. 3312) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 25th day of June 1964.

Revoking in Part a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of
the Tauranga-Te Maunga Motorway in Blocks XIII and
XIV, Tauranga Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of
September 1959, published in Gazette, 17 September 1959,
Volume III, page 1295, and deposited in the Land Registry
Office at Hamilton as No. S. 168162, in so far as it affects that
parcel of land containing 4 acres and 39 perches, situated in
Blocks XIII and XIV, Tauranga Survey District, being Lot
1, D.P. 30171, and being part Allotment 30, Parish of Te Papa,
and being all the land comprised and described in certificate
of title, Volume 741, folio 297, South Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of June 1964.

At the Government House at Wellington this 8th day of
July 1964

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes
the Order in Council made on 12 September 1951, and
published in Gazette, 20 September 1951, Volume III, page
1396, and affecting the Maori freehold land set out in the
Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for
the common use and benefit of the Maoris resident in and
around Waiwhatawhata.
