HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to the Hawke's Bay County Council, stopping that portion
of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
All that portion of road containing 1 rood 5· 6 perches situated
in Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke's
Bay County, Hawke's Bay R.D., and adjoining or passing
through Suburban Section 663 Napier, and part Suburban
Section 43 Awatoto; as the same is more particularly deline-
ated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18590 (S.O. 5350)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Welling-
ton, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring a Road in Block II, Pakiri Survey District to be
a County Road

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become
a county road.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road situated in Block II, Pakiri Survey
District, Rodney County, North Auckland R.D., commencing
at a public road at the southernmost corner of Allotment
N41, Arai Parish and proceeding thence in a north-westerly
direction for a distance of approximately 50 chains and
terminating at Spectacle Lake.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18588 (S.O. 44187) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red and marked A-B.

land being no longer required for the purpose for which it
was acquired.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 1·3 perches
situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Karioi Survey District, being

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves
of the resolution passed by the Queenstown Borough Council
on the 7th day of October 1963 and set out in the First
Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of
the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
THAT the Queenstown Borough Council, being the local
authority having control of streets in the Borough of Queens-
town by resolution declares that the provisions of section
128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the
northern side of the portion of Rees Street and the southern
side of portion of the right of way fronting Section 20 and
part of Section 19, Block I, Town of Queenstown, being all
of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 61, folio
70, Otago Registry.

SECOND SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
The northern side of all that portion of street situated in the
Borough of Queenstown known as Rees Street, fronting
Section 20 and part Section 19, Block I, Town of Queenstown,
being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume
61, folio 70, Otago Land Registry.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18563 deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Gisborne,
and be under the control and management of the Gisborne
City Council.

All that access way containing 9·5 perches situated in the

advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.

ORDER
The Gore Borough Council is hereby declared to be a
leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies'
Leases Act 1908.
