NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and their respective amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work namely for housing purposes at 3 Duncan Terrace, in the City of Wellington, and for the purpose of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Public Office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Office Building, Mercer Street, in the said City and is there open for inspection, without fee, by any person during ordinary office hours, and that any person affected by the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land should if he has any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, send that written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Wellington City Council addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situate at 3 Duncan Terrace in the City of Wellington containing by admeasurement twenty-eight perches (28 pchs.), more or less, being Part of Section 4, Evans Bay District, being Lot 78, on Deposited Plan No. 1109, and being also the whole of the land in certificate of title, Volume 109, folio 189, Wellington Registry.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, notice is hereby given that the Wairoa Borough Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work—namely street widening—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land hereby required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the Wairoa Borough Council, situated in Queen Street, Wairoa, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land who have any well grounded objections thereto must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Wairoa Borough Council Chambers.

Firstly, 1 perch being part Town Section, 212 Clyde, situated in the Borough of Wairoa, and coloured blue on Survey Office plan number 5402.
Secondly, 0·7 of a perch being part Lot 1, Deposited Plan 1419, being part Suburban Section 12, Class II, Clyde, situated in the Borough of Wairoa, and coloured sepia on survey office plan number 5402.

Change of City of Auckland District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on the 22nd day of June 1964, the Council has recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto.
The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended by the Council, have been deposited in the Town Hall (Town Planning Division), the Central Library, and each of the branch libraries, namely Avondale, Epsom, Grafton, Grey Lynn, Parnell, Point Chevalier, Remuera, Glen Innes, Tamaki, and Leys Institute, for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect, marked “Objection to Scheme Change” and lodged in the office of the Council at any time not later than the 14th day of August 1964. An appropriate form for use by objectors is available from the Town Hall or from the libraries.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Council in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

Public Notification of Waipawa Borough District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Waipawa Borough Council, made on the 16th day of August 1962, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to the Waipawa Borough Council. The scheme has been deposited in the office of the Waipawa Borough Council and in the Waipawa Municipal Library, both situated in Kenilworth Street, Waipawa, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960 and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 1st day of October 1964. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.
