DUNEDIN METROPOLITAN REGIONAL PLANNING AUTHORITY

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Dunedin Metropolitan Planning Scheme Amendment No. 4, 1964
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the Dunedin Metropolitan Regional Planning Scheme Amendment No. 4, 1964, has been approved in accordance with the provisions of section 10 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, and Amendments, and shall become operative on 2 July 1964.
The amendment alters the zoning of 2 acres of land, more or less, in the City of Dunedin adjacent to the Dunedin-- Port Chalmers Highway, being part of an area known as Moller Park from Open Space to Industrial as shown on Map Reg. 6/A.
Copies of Map Reg. 6/A have been deposited in the offices of the Dunedin Metropolitan Regional Planning Authority, the Dunedin City Council, the boroughs of St. Kilda, Green Island, Port Chalmers, Mosgiel, the counties of Taieri, Peninsula, Waikouaiti, and at the Dunedin Public Library, and may be inspected without fee, at any time when these places are open to the public.

EAST COAST BAYS BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the East Coast Bays Borough Council, the Council has recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of the matter listed in the schedule hereto. The change of the district scheme as now recommended by the council is available for inspection at the Council Offices, Clyde Road, Brown's Bay, during office hours.
Objections to the proposed change may be made in the form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and marked "Objections to Scheme Change" and lodged at the office of the Town Clerk not later than 14 August 1964. The forms for use by objectors are available at the Town Clerk's office.
At a later date, every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections, if he notifies Council in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

HOWICK BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Public Notification of Howick District Scheme (Area No. 2)
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Howick Borough Council, made on the 28th day of November 1960 a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to all that part of the borough known as Area No. 2 which is not yet subject to the provisions of an operative district planning scheme prepared in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments. The scheme has been deposited in the borough offices and Municipal Library, Picton Street, Howick, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 9 October 1964. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.
Public notice is also given that the council will, by objection in form E, propose certain alterations in the said district scheme and that these proposals are shown on a map, viz, Council's Objection Plan, which is now open for public inspection. This map does not yet form part of the district scheme.

APPLICATION FOR A CHANGE OF COURSE OF A WATER RACE

Peter Paul O'Malley, Anthony John O'Malley, and Peter Paul O'Malley the younger, all of Paerau, farmers, hereby give notice that they have applied to have the course of Water Race Licence, No. 8288 (Cromwell) for five heads of water changed to commence at a point on the Taieri River in Section 6, Block I, Loganburn District (being Crown Land) approximately 8 chains south-east of the point where the boundary line between the said Section 6 and Run 308G meets the Taieri River; thence in an easterly direction for a distance of 24 chains into Section 2, Block I, Loganburn District; thence in a northerly direction for a distance of 24 chains into Run 308G and terminating in the said Run which is occupied by the applicants. The said Sections 2 and 6 being owned or occupied by Ernest Colin Carr, of Patearoa, farmer, and Marjorie Winifred Carr, his wife.
The application and all objections thereto will be heard on Wednesday the 22nd day of July 1964, at 10 a.m., at the Warden's Court, at Cromwell, and all objections must be filed in the Registrar's Office and notified to the applicants or their solicitors at least three days before the time so appointed.
