Declaring Land Taken for an Electrical Power Substation in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an electric power substation and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington from and after the 6th day of July 1964.

Declaring Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for an Electric Power Substation in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an electric power substation and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, and that an easement is hereby taken for an electric power substation over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, the full and free right, liberty, and licence in perpetuity to transmit electrical energy backwards and forwards over the said land and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, repair, renew, and maintain an electric cable or cables under and along the said land together with the full and free right, liberty, and licence to enter upon the land with or without tools, vehicles, and machinery for any of the purposes aforesaid, such easement to be appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule, and that this notice shall take effect from and after the 6th day of July 1964.
